We want you to be completely happy with your FindPaws tag. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described products.

How to start a return
The quickest way is through your account: log in, go to Dashboard → Orders, find your order, and select Request a Refund. We'll review it and respond within one business day.
No account? Email us at support@findpaws.co with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
